Creative BITS is now hosting two information sessions for the public. One session will be hosted by the Dr. Hector P. Garcia Memorial Library on Thursday, October 16th at 4:30 pm. The other information session will be at the Dunlap Memorial Library on Thursday October 23rd at 4:30 pm. Both information sessions will allow those who are interested in volunteering, participating, sponsoring, or collaborating with us on our programs to ask questions like:
-How do I notify the organization if I want to volunteer for a specific event?
-Where/When will your next programs be and how can I be notified of future events?
-How can I help/volunteer all year long?
-What is the process/requirement for submitting my work for your next anthology?
We will have people from the non-profit board present at these informational sessions who can answer these questions and more. Please don’t be afraid to stop by if you are interested in our programming!
